FREE CONSULTATION:  Mr. Javaheri, an experienced California lawyer, will gladly give you a free consultation by telephone involving one of our practice areas.  You must, however, mention that you found our law firm through this website.  Please call us at 925-915-0001 and tell our receptionist about our website offer of a free telephone consultation with a lawyer.  She will promptly arrange for you to speak with an attorney -- often immediately.  You may also E-mail our office if you prefer -- just be sure to put the word "consultation" in the subject to ensure your email is not misconstrued as spam.  An initial telephone consultation with a lawyer is always free with no obligations.  We look forward to hearing from you!

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FREE CONSULTATION: Consultation with a lawyer from this law firm (by email, telephone, or otherwise) does not mean that this law firm is acting as your attorney or has agreed to advise you or represent you in any capacity.  Consultation is solely for the purpose of determining if your case is appropriate for this law firm to handle.  We do NOT dispense legal advice during any consultation by telephone.  The consultation is without cost by telephone only, and this law firm is under no obligation to review documents.  Moreover, if you request an in-office meeting, a charge may apply, which will be discussed prior.  Keep in mind, though, that there is never a charge for an in-office meeting with prospective clients for cases involving personal injury or criminal defense cases if we believe you have a case that we can handle.  After your consultation, both of our respective parties will mutually agree to have our firm represent you by signing a written contract should we decide to move forward.  This written contract, also known as a "retainer agreement," is signed by you and an attorney from our law firm. The retainer agreement clearly explains the cost of representation and the scope of legal work that a lawyer at this law firm will perform for you.  Without a signed retainer agreement, our law firm does NOT represent you.  Keep in mind that some legal matters and claims have specific time limits in which they must be brought.  Claims and legal rights can be jeopardized if a certain action is not taken within specific time periods.  Accordingly, please do not have the mistaken belief that your matter is being handled by this law firm unless, after this, this law firm agrees to represent you, you obtain a written retainer agreement signed by both you and a representative of this Law Firm.
